- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) only
3. Structure & Content
- Background – Context and significance of the study.
- Motivation & Objective – Research gap and study aims.
- Statement of Contribution / Methods – Methodology and innovations.
- Results – Key findings (supported by data).
- Discussions – Interpretation and implications of results
- Conclusions – Summary, limitations, and future work.
- Keywords: 3–5 lowercase, comma-separated
- Author Affiliations: Include names, institutions, countries
- Figures & Tables: High-res, labeled, readable (min. 8pt font)
4. Submission Process
- Upon abstract acceptance, authors will receive an email with further instructions.
- Follow these to complete full paper submission.
5. Important Notes
- No revisions will be allowed after final submission.
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
- Presenting authors must register and attend the conference for inclusion.
